All materials for the contest must meet the following requirements:
- published in printing Mass Media and prepared to be printed
– photocopy of the page of edition with published material and its version on an electronic data carrier;
- audio materials
– audio cassette, printed verbal text of the cound-track and its version on an electronic data carrier;
- video materials
– VHS video cassette, inted verbal text of the material and its version on an electronic data carrier;
- materials of the Internet edition
– printed copy of the Internet site, that contains the article and its version on an electronic data carrier.
Sending your materials you should mark the envelope with the following text: “Journalists contest”.
You can send the materials by post to the address:
Post office box 365 “V”, Main post office, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.
Your papers should contain:
- nomination;
- genre;
- name of printing office, audiovisual or electronic Mass Media, number of issue, date of issue and time for broadcasts;
- volume in printing signs or time-study;
- name and surname of the author (if author’s collectives there should be an information about each co-author);
- biographic information about the author (authors), including date, month and year of birth, place of occupation at a point in time of accordance of the materials for the contest;
- contact information about the author (authors) – postal and electronic address, postal code and telephone number.
In case of awarding of prizes, winners must give additional information for legalization of account documentation (copy of passport, copy of identification code certificate, postal address of Tax inspection domiciliary).
All materials should be given in Ukrainian, Russian or other languages (on the assumption of an authorized translation in Ukrainian and a covering letter in Ukrainian or Russian).
Not formalized materials according to the abovementioned, shall not be rated.

Every author (author’s collective) can publish only one material in each/any nomination of the contest!!!
